(“Prohibited Jurisdiction” means any of the following jurisdictions and territories: the Republic of Cuba, the Democratic People's Republic of North Korea, South Sudan, Islamic Republic of Iran, Syrian Arab Republic, the People’s Republic of China, United States of America (including its territories: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), the Crimea Region of Ukraine and Sevastopol, Donetsk People’s Republic and Luhansk People’s Republic regions of Ukraine, and any jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.)
